The dark finish appears original and is in very good condition. Showing only very slight wear consistent with age. Nothing that warranted disturbing the original finish. The wood used is quite intriguing. It appears to be a very active grained teak to the untrained eye. However, we believe that it is a rare strain of a striped mahogany that we have seen used in this design before. It measures 61" long by 17" deep by 29" tall. There is a mirror attached to the back that measures 54" wide by 19" tall. The case holds three dovetail jointed drawers in the middle with cabinet doors on either side. The finish is in exceptional condition, just a few minor marks on the top. We have the matching tall chest on a separate listing. Please check our other items to view.
