ORIGINAL CONDITION. one of the cleanest corner cabinets i've seen in original wheat. i anticipated having to refinish this piece but do not have to. there is nothing wrong with this corner cabinet. the price includes me taking it apart and spraying it with 2 coats of protective satin finish to preserve it's beauty going forward and restore a sheen that has worn away. (of course, i'll put it back together as well!) i reserve the right to deliver this to you on any upcoming trip i may be taking within a reasonable timeframe. the rate would be the rate to your local greyhound station + 20% for door-to-door service.
